Today's High School Co-Ed track meet at Bedford will now be starting at 4 pm rather than 4:30 pm, due to a chance of weather later this evening.

There will be a JH Softball Parent/Player meeting on Saturday April 5th at 3:30 prior to open practice. If you're unable to attend, but are planning on playing, please let Coach Teena know. coachtdike@eastunionschools.org

The East Union High School Baseball team will be playing in a spring league in Creston. Games start Saturday, April 5th and are every Saturday through May 3.

The East Union High School Baseball team is selling general admission Iowa Cubs tickets! These tickets are good for any home I-Cubs game, except 7/3/25, playoffs, or exhibition games. Tickets are $10 and we only have 400, so get them while they last! You can purchase your tickets from Coach Nate, or any High School Baseball Player!

There will be a JH Baseball Parent/Player meeting for any boys in grades 6-8 interested in JH Baseball on Thursday, 4/3 at 6 pm in the High School Concourse. Voluntary JH Baseball practices will start this Sunday, 3/30 at 2 pm in the Elementary Gym. If you're unable to attend, but plan to play, please let Coach Nate know.

The 47th annual FFA Banquet will be held on Thursday, March 27th at 6:30 pm in the East Union Concourse. All members are invited to attend, along with their parents, staff, and continued FFA supporters. RSVP's are greatly appreciated by Mr. Cooley or Mr. Erlbacher. 🥧 During the banquet the FFA members will hold their annual pie sale to raise money for the chapter. EU Cheer program will be hosting their tryouts for the 2025-2026 school year. This is for any student currently in 8th-11th grade interested in joining football, basketball, wrestling, and or competition cheer. 📣 Clinic is Tues., March 25 from 6-8pm. 📣 Open mats are Sun., April 6 & 13 from 1-2pm. *Not mandatory, just extra practice.* 📣 Tryouts are Tues., April 15 from 6-8pm. It was “Teamwork Day” today at East Union Elementary! Our Eagle PBIS Team members planned a great afternoon of activities that showcased our February and March PBIS “Teamwork” theme. After participating in six different events, our students and staff members enjoyed a beautiful walk around the track, and ended the day with a group photo and a snack. Thank you to Ms. Baudler, Mrs. Mason, Mrs. Comstock, Mrs. Pettit, Mr. Patten, Mr. Kinyon, and Mrs. Mostek for facilitating the fun. As we coast into the final quarter of the school year, our April and May theme will be “Growth Mindset,” when we will celebrate our accomplishments and look forward to learning and growing in the years to come.
