It's GREAT to be an EAGLE!! With many of our sports and activities starting to enter the postseason, we have some amazing students to celebrate! We will host a Pep Rally on Thursday, February 8th @ 2:20pm. This will take place in the HS Gym. We will be celebrating girls state wrestling, state speech, state drill team, Muscle Mat Club state wrestling, state archery, district FFA, district/regional basketball, district wrestling, and more!
*This pep rally is open to the community. If you are attending, you must enter through our Central Office on the West side of East Union Middle School/High School. You will be required to check-in so please plan accordingly.* Community member seating will be located on the North side of the upper bleachers.


Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 7th the East Union Student Council will be hosting a Blood Drive in our East Union High School Gymnasium from 9am-3pm. To make an appointment, please call 641.347.8421 or sign-up via the Red Cross App.

The Boys Basketball Playoff bracket has been released and the Eagles will be hosting Nodaway Valley on Friday, 2/9 at 7 pm.
Tickets will only be available online, through Hometown Ticketing, no cash sales. The link to purchase tickets will be sent out once it is made available.

The Girls Regional Basketball Bracket has come out! The Eagles will travel to Humeston to play Mormon Trail on Thursday, 2/8/2024 at 7 pm.

There has been a change to the High School Boys basketball games in Essex for Thursday, 2/1. Due to Essex numbers, we will now be playing Varsity first, starting at 6 pm. We will then plan to play 2 quarters of JV following the Varsity game.

Girls State Wrestling t-shirt pick up times and places have been coordinated so that everyone that ordered shirts can receive them to support HWY 34.
